  • Sea Spray has a spacious open plan living area with large glass doors showcasing the fabulous sea views towards St Ives. The sliding doors open out onto a private seating area which leads onto well maintained communal gardens. Equipped with a table and four chairs and impressive sea views it really is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a morning cuppa or to watch the evening sun go down with a chilled glass of your favourite tipple!
  • Open Plan Living - The impeccably presented open plan living space is home to a large corner sofa which has been carefully positioned to make the most of the sparkling ocean view, there's an Italian designer Calligaris media unit housing a 55" Panasonic 4K Smart TV (with Netflix subscription), PS4 and DVD player and the dining area has a Calligaris table and four chairs along with a matching Calligaris sideboard topped with a PURE stereo system and remote-controlled mood lighting. There's sumptuous under floor heating and fibre broadband throughout the apartment, making Sea Spray the perfect choice for a relaxing staycation with your loved ones all year round.
  • A real 'Home from Home' - The dining area flows seamlessly into the contemporary designer kitchen, which would delight any keen cook, with its fabulous sea views and superb range of high-quality appliances and equipment, which include a NEFF oven and five ring hob, NEFF dishwasher, NEFF fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, slow cooker and food blender.  Beautifully equipped and thoughtfully appointed, the kitchen has everything you might need to prepare anything from a relaxing family breakfast to a special meal with friends. The cupboards are generously stocked with elegant Denby crockery and cutlery, crystal glassware and a comprehensive selection of quality kitchen utensils and pots and pans. For younger guests, plastic plates and bowls are also provided, ensuring that every detail has been considered for a comfortable and effortless stay. With its mesmerising sea view providing a spectacular backdrop, this is a truly special place to prepare meals, enjoy a leisurely breakfast or dine with family and friends.
  • Quality Beds and flexible sleeping - The master bedroom boasts a king size Ercol bedstead topped with a luxurious Hypnos pocket sprung mattress to ensure a good night's sleep, as well as matching light oak bedside furniture there are overhead reading lights, a flat screen TV, PURE DAB/blu-tooth radio, hairdryer and plenty of soft white towels for everyone. The spacious second bedroom houses luxurious pocket sprung Hypnos zip and link beds that can be made up either as two (longer length 6'6) single beds or one super king bed, light oak bedside units and a large matching light oak wardrobe, as well as a smart TV, PURE internet/DAB radio, hairdryer and plenty of towels for all guests. The flexible sleeping arrangements makes Sea Spray the perfect place for either couples or families to holiday, and with Sea Shells right next door it's the perfect location for two families or a group of friends to enjoy a holiday together, whilst having the luxury of your own private space to retreat to at the end of the day.
  • Sumptuous Bathrooms - Leading off of the master bedroom is a superb contemporary style en-suite shower room which is fully tiled and boasts a fabulous rainfall shower, with smart sleek Italian sanitaryware, including a WC and basin, as well as a shaver point and heated chrome towel rail. There's a good-sized family bathroom which is also fully tiled, with Italian white sanitary ware including WC, bath and basin plus a heated chrome towel rail and mirrored bathroom cabinet.
  • Externally - In addition to the sea facing patio, there is a fully enclosed private rear terrace with a table and four chairs as well as a couple of sun loungers - perfect for relaxing in the sunshine on a clear day when the rear terrace can be a real sun-trap!
    There is one allocated parking space in this exclusive development which is accessible through the coded security gates.

Without a doubt, the nicest place we have ever stayed!

Without a doubt, the nicest place we have ever stayed. From the moment of arrival when we discovered the treats left for us which were so appreciated after a long journey, to discovering the apartment had everything we needed and more - buckets and spaces, games, picnic essentials, binoculars, netflix for tired children in the evenings, garden games, to name a few! The cafetiere and ground coffee were a special touch, which we enjoyed in the garden each morning overlooking the spectacular view. The facilities were excellent, everything you'd need to cook your meals in the aparment and the washing machine was also a pleasant surprise. On top of this, the apartment was spotless and the beds were super comfortable! This will be hard to beat! We can't wait to return.

We have just spent the most wonderful week in Sea Spray in Carbis Bay and would not hesitate to give the apartment a 5+** recommendation. It is a luxury home away from home and I cannot praise the accommodation too highly. It is conveneient for Carbis Bay station so easy to leave the car behind to visit St Ives without the parking hassle. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at the Sands. The apartment was incredibly clean- which is really important to us when staying away from home, especially with a small baby. The view from the shared garden was stunning and watching the sunset from there on our first evening was lovely. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If you are looking for a clean, safe, reliable place to stay in Carbis Bay then we 100% recommend the apartment
